1. About us
JOEKANDO is a streetwear brand that releases limited drops of apparel featuring original 3D art. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean JOEKANDO, and “you” means anyone using our site or buying from us.

2. Who can order
You must be 18 or older, or ordering with a parent or guardian’s permission. Please give us accurate details when you order.

3. Made-to-order products
Every piece is printed fresh after you order. Because of this:

  • Production, dispatch, and delivery follow our Shipping Policy.
  • Returns, damage claims, and sizing follow our Returns Policy.
  • Slight differences in colour between your screen and the printed product are normal and aren’t a defect.

4. Drops and availability
Our collections are released as limited drops. We may end a drop, change what’s included, or sell out at any time. We don’t promise a piece will be reprinted or come back.

5. Prices and offers

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Launch offers and discounts are for a limited time, and we may end them on the date shown without notice.
  • If we make a pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Payments
We accept prepaid orders only. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds.

7. Order changes and cancellations
Because we start production quickly, you can cancel or change your order only before it goes into production. Message us on WhatsApp right away. Once your piece is printed, we can’t cancel it.

8. Shipping and delivery
We ship across India through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please give a complete address and a working phone number. We aren’t responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or events beyond our control, such as weather or courier issues.

9. Our art and your use of it
All artwork, designs, images, text, logos, and website content are owned by or licensed to JOEKANDO and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use them commercially, or put them on other products, without our written permission. Wearing, gifting, and sharing photos of your purchase on social media is always welcome.

10. Using our website
Please don’t misuse our site. That includes trying to hack it, scraping it, using bots to buy up drops, or reselling our products at a markup using automated tools. We may cancel orders or block access if we see this.

11. Product descriptions and images
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and proportions can vary slightly between devices and prints. Always check the size guide before ordering.

12. Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JOEKANDO isn’t liable for indirect or incidental losses from using our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

13. Privacy
We collect only what we need to process and deliver your order, such as your name, address, phone number, and email. We share it only with the partners who help fulfil your order, like our printing, courier, and payment partners. See our Privacy Policy for details.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site at the time of your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
