Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India.

How long it takes

  • Making & dispatch: Your piece is printed and handed to the courier within 2 days.

  • Delivery: Our courier partners, including Delhivery, usually deliver within 3 to 5 days of dispatch.

  • Total: Expect your order about 5 to 7 days after you place it. During big drops, it may take a little longer, and we’ll keep you posted on WhatsApp.

Tracking your order
 Once your order is with the courier, you’ll get a tracking email with a link to the courier’s tracking portal. You can follow your parcel’s status there until it reaches you. Tracking can take a few hours to update after dispatch.

Getting your parcel
 Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. Couriers will try to reach you a few times. If delivery fails because of an incomplete address, an unreachable number, or refused delivery, the parcel comes back to us and we’ll contact you about re-shipping. See our Returns Policy for details.

Delays
 Weather, festivals, or courier issues can occasionally slow things down. If your order is running late, message us on WhatsApp +91 9180363767 and we’ll check on it right away.

Lost parcels
 If your parcel is marked lost by the courier, tell us and we’ll look into it right away.
